Horst Gerber died peacefully at The Pines Long Term Care Residence in Bracebridge on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Yvette Gerber of Bracebridge. Dear father of Tina Adler and Larry (Teresa) Cooney. Loving grandfather of Stacey Merritt, Amy Merritt, Daniel Merritt, Katie Cooney and Aaron Cooney. Great grandfather of Sophia, Winston and Thaira. Dear brother of Karl, Mary, Volker, Carman and the late Sigrun, Dieter and Werner.
At Horst request cremation has taken place.A Celebration of Horst life will be held at The Bracebridge Lions Hall on Saturday, September 30th, 2017 from 1 - 4 p.m. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Bracebridge Lions Foundation.
