Back, Henry Sigvald, “Hank”
In the early hours of April 7, 2018, Hank passed away peacefully with his wife Sharran by his side at their Windermere home.
Hank in his 76 Year was the Proud son of Lennart and Selma (both predeceased). Loving Husband of Sharran (nee Smith) of 53 years. Beloved father of Robert (Terri), Janet and Aaron (Amy). Cherished pops of Zack, Erika and Josh. Loved by his Sisters of Inky (Gord) and Irene (Glen) (predeceased) of Toronto. Brother-in-law of Harry (predeceased) (Marilyn), John (Dianne) (both predeceased), Bev (Les) (both predeceased), Roxanne (Doug). Uncle of Ray (predeceased), Linda, Stacee, Shane, Jamie, Scott, David and Debbie (predeceased). Great Uncle of Jenny, Jackie, Hannah, Paige, Cole, Brynlee, Tristan and Reilly.
Hank and his family would like to thank all the caregivers, in particular the Staff at Royal Victoria Hospital, Huntsville District Memorial, South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Dr. Terry Holman and Closing the Gap with unique thanks to nurse Heather Maxwell and PSW Peter. Heartfelt appreciation to Ed Low and our close friends who helped out in taking care of Hank during past few months.
Donations greatly appreciated to Royal Victoria Hospital Cancer Centre in lieu of flowers.
The family of Hank will be receiving visitors on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Reynolds Funeral Home from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Service for Hank will be Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Reynolds Funeral Home with a reception to follow at Raymond Community Centre.
