JACOBS, Elizabeth – Passed away at the Pines Long Term Care Home in Bracebridge, ON on Monday, June 18, 2018 in her 88th year. Elizabeth is survived by her nieces Janice of Phoenix, Bonnie (George) of Bracebridge, and nephew James (Cathy) of Orleans. Predeceased by her siblings Adelaide, Lloyd, and Donald. A graveside service was held on June 20, 2018 at Bracebridge Municipal Cemetery. Memorial donations to the OSPCA or the Alzheimer Society greatly appreciated.
