The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Roy Davies can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Lillian, Doug and Roy,
We've all lost a great guy and a great talent. His patience with me throughout the years taught me so much about quality work; its necessity and its possibility. I wouldn't have the toys I have were it not for Roy. Once accomplished, he too absorbed them into his lifestyle. Just find comfort knowing how level-headed, capable and patient he was through most anything.

Condolence From: Gary Denniss
Condolence: Lillian, Doug and Roy: Another of those brilliant minds who understood machines of older days has gone. I recall Roy taking me out to the shop near the house and showing me one of his latest projects...it was so evident that this was his passion--even to a non mechanical type like me!! You will miss him but his memories will linger on throughout the coming years. Please accept my heartfelt condolence. Gary Denniss

Condolence From: Ron and Lilian Carrick
Condolence: Dear Lillian, Doug, Roy, Tina and boys. We were so sorry to read of Roy’s passing. He will be sadly missed as the dear husband, father and grandfather he was to each of you.
It has been good to catch up with you in recent weeks Lillian after having been neighbours for so long before we moved.
Roy was a very talented machinist who shared his talents to benefit others through the Pioneer Power Association.
You are in our thoughts at this sad time
